Policies

Respect, Safety, and Communication Policy: It is the client’s responsibility to communicate any medical conditions, concerns, or boundaries you may have during your treatment session. Rae Stone Reiki operates within accordance of the Texas Department of Regulations and only performs work with appropriate draping that is professionally therapeutic.  If you or your therapist is uncomfortable the session can end at any time.

Late arrival policy: Please arrive up to 5 minutes early to your appointment time. Depending on the schedule that day, I may be unable to accommodate giving a full treatment time to those arriving over 5 minutes late to their appointment time.

Cancellation and Reschedule policy: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advanced. Cancellations made past this window will be charged to the card on file, 50% of the total service price. No shows will be charged the full price of their scheduled service. You will receive email reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Gift Certificate and Raffle policy: Appointments booked in these contexts can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advanced. A card on file is required to book your session, however cancellations made past this window will not be charged but the gift certificate or raffle code is forfeited (see exceptions under next policy).

Illness, accident, and extreme weather policy: In these incidents I encourage you to reschedule your appointment and will make an exception to the cancellation & reschedule and the gift certificate & raffle policy.

Right to Refuse Service Policy: If I am uncomfortable working with you I reserve the right to refuse service whether you are a new or returning client.
