• See form below to schedule group mobile massage.

• A card on file is required to schedule.

• You’ll receive a text appointment reminder 48 hours before your scheduled session.

• Changes made with at least 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled without a fee.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% late cancellation fee.

• No-shows without communication will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

• Up to two reschedules are allowed within a six-month period.
