This picture was taken in 2018, massage therapy was holding me together as unloading trucks and moving freight was taking ware and tare on my body. I understand the objective of managing pain and love helping people with physical jobs carry on with more comfort in their work. Receiving energetic healing helped me release emotional trauma more effectively in ways that traditional therapy did not. I can most help people who understand the tie between the body and the spirit and are open to receiving help on both planes.

In the 2020 pandemic I was working at a grocery store, delivering pallets of soon to be swarmed toilet paper from the back room and amongst the chaos I awoke: *this was not the role I was supposed to be playing*. I am Rae, Rae of Sunshine and it is my assignment to bring the light- and so the great shift in my healing process began so I could fulfill my destiny as a healer.
